In 2001, Walker & Watson were engaged to produce a historic restoration masterplan for Snitterton Hall by Mr Paul Caplan (of Go Outdoors fame); a stunning Grade 1 listed Jacobian Manor House and gardens overlooking Matlock in the Derbyshire Dales.

All phases of our masterplan were built and planted, including the replanting of a late-medieval Boxwood parterre (with a modern twist), renovation of previously buried and disused pathways, restoration of listed stone boundary walls and garden pavilions, with new terrace walkways planted with mature pyramidal Yew topiary.
